Thanks for the excellent and efficient service.

I just have one complaint though. I applied a card for my wife and it is marked "M" under the gender. I cannot remember if I put "M" or "F" under gender in the application, but am quite sure I put "F". If I did put "M" then it is my fault but you could have been pro-active and asked if I put in the wrong gender. It is quite obvious that the card holder is female. It even says "F" in the original license card.

In any case, I think I deserve a replacement.

After this we send You confirmation email where You can check all filled information for errors. We provide free replacement only if errors were made from our side, otherwise You have to pay a small reprinting fee, and reshipping charges. I will send You an email with all the information and copy of the confirmation email that You had received earlier as well as a reprinting instructions.
